Commissioning / Field Service Technican (f/m/d)

What are your responsibilities

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and\or at customer premises
• In addition, you will carry out the general after-sales assistance, i.e. preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on ensuring the end customer production will restart asap

What we appreciate about you

• You have a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic \ Telecommunications \ Electronics \ Computer Science Engineer field
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of one between: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes\machines, image processing (e.g. parameterization of automatic inspection tools), computer networks (i.e. LAN, VPN), fundamentals of Optics (i.e. adjusting apertures\focuses, setting up cameras and illuminators)
• Very important are the abilities to read electrical\mechanical drawings, the use of the major Microsoft Office applications and good manual dexterity in the use of both hand and power tools
• Providing great customer service is fundamental to this role
• You enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment
• English speaking is for you a sure statement (at least B1). Other languages (French, German, Danish) will be appreciated
• B driver license
• Staying on Customer´s site for some weeks will not be for you an obstacle
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working
• Your working style is characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment and collegiality
